A La Carte (10/12)

Thursday October 12, 2006

Interview: Oaktreeidea.com has an interview with…me? You can read it here.

Du Jour: Mark Dever has posted a powerful quote from Richard Sibbes. “We cannot live long in this world. We owe God a death. We owe nature a death. The sentence of death is passed upon us…”

Blogging: USA Today has an article about a blogging defamation suit. “A Florida woman has been awarded $11.3 million in a defamation lawsuit against a Louisiana woman who posted messages on the Internet accusing her of being a ‘crook,’ a ‘con artist’ and a ‘fraud.’”

Theology: Mike answers those who feel Charles Spurgeon was not a Calvinist. “After wading through all the misinformation and dissimulating rhetoric coming from the Caners, one more thing has surfaced regarding Ergun Caner’s treatment of Spurgeon.”

Thanks for the link to the interview. One gets a good idea of where you’re coming from by your writing. But it’s nice to get a more solid picture.
