While it is not a reason to support the poor and homeless and me and my family do, it would be a lot easier if the people you tried to help didn’t have a sense of entitlement. I worked with the homeless for a year full time and for every person who said a genuine thank you, many would just take or complain because you didn’t have what they wanted. But , I do know I do the same thing to the LORD so I need to dig a little deeper this year I guess. (and adjust my attitude)
