Thanks for the link to the article about the Population problem. That will be very useful for my ethics class as we’ve been discussing the links (or lack thereof) between population growth, poverty and environmental damage this week.

I have a FB friend who passed away last year. Her family is apparently either unaware or unable to memorialize or remove her FB page. So, every once in a while her face pops up in my side bar with a message that she hasn’t posted in a while and a suggestion that I get in touch with her. It’s rather creepy. I could just remove her from my friends list, but I’d feel kind of evil doing that. Morbid all the way around : (
