A Piece of Internet History
You can own a piece of Internet history by bidding on this bona fide, genuine, Phil Johnson (a.k.a. PyroManiac) bumper sticker, autographed by Phil himself! These bumper stickers were part of a very limited run and are no longer available.
Phil was gracious enough to give me one of the very last of these stickers and was kind enough to autograph it. I’m heartless enough to now sell it. Phil thinks it will sell for $0.15. I think it will sell for enough to put my children through college. So prove me right!
Phil Johnson, known in blogging circles as “PyroManiac,” is Executive Director of Grace to You and edits the majority of John MacArthur’s books. He is webmaster for The Spurgeon Archive and maintains a blog called PyroManiacs.

I’m not interested in this particular item, but do you have any handkerchiefs as used by Phil? I’m sure if I placed it over my head for an hour, my theology would be healed instantly.

It’s on my e-bay watch list. I’d like it, but I’m cheap.

For Shame…
I feel that posting a icon like that on every door of every christian home and church would solve all the evils of the world and improve spacial relations with the Romulans. We can setup a site to market all his materials. This can be the new fad that the church is looking for. If you rub the sticker on the way out of your house everyday and chant “Phil is cool” 5 times on the way to your transportation, your day will go smoothly, it will make you healthy, wealthy and wise.
I would give 20cents for it and then turn around and sell it for millions.
the website could be www.beenbloggedbyphiljohnson.com We can get a book published showing all the things phil has touched and create an uproar of people trying to collect all the items in the book. It would create it’s own economy within the first 6 months.
The Ideas are flowing so smoothly today because I gazed upon the sticker…

You know, I was thinking that I might refund half of the winner’s money if he actually puts it on his car and sends photographic evidence of that.

Well, I might have bid if Phil hadn’t put his “autograph” (notice the quotes) right over his face.
Okay, I woun’t have bid anyway, but if someone gave it to me I would have been disappointed that he wrote right over his face.
Okay, not really “disappointed”, maybe distraught.
Oh, forget it.

It’s now up to $36 (USD no less) from a first-time bidder from Australia. Is the person trying to hide their identity? The plot thickens.

I am not real ebay savy, but did you see all the other stuff the seller has on ebay. I thought Tim was selling it. Maybe Tim has a whole other industry we don’t know about, maybe a complete different identity. Are we really sure he was in LA for the conference? Maybe he stopped by, did some photos, and then went on to his prosperous discount furniture business.

Dallas - You’ve stumbled onto my wife’s business. Selling this sticker may just really be a way ot driving business to her! ;)

“Is that a full time business for your wife?”
No. She does it part time. It’s been a great little venture so far!

I might go to a future Shepherds Conference. Any way that that bumper sticker might get me a parking place close?

“I might go to a future Shepherds Conference. Any way that that bumper sticker might get me a parking place close?”
Possibly. Your best bet, though, is to show up early. The one day I showed up more than 15 minutes before the conference began I was able to get a great parking spot. But even on a bad day I was able to park in the lot across the street, so it wasn’t too bad.
You know, I don’t think Phil even gets a designated spot at the church so maybe the sticker wouldn’t do anything for you.
