This week’s Free Stuff Fridays is sponsored by Bardin & Marsee Publishing, a company that publishes a unique product: The Waterproof Bible. Now don’t run away; this is actually a great product.

It’s geared especially toward those who go camping or who are otherwise active outdoors (or who like to do their devotions while showering, I suppose). “The durability of the Waterproof Bible gives you the freedom to take God’s Word with you anywhere - boating, traveling, camping… with worry free confidence that your Bible will withstand the test of time.” Here are some of its unique features:

Great giveaway. Thanks.
Merry Christmas
My sister-in-law’s cousin is Michael Marsee, creator of the Waterproof Bible. I met him this summer at the Sonshine Music Festival in Minnesota where I live. Picked-up a copy of the Sportsman Edition at that time, so I’m gonna pass on this week’s Free Stuff.
Here’s a video link of Michael on QVC and his Waterproof Bible. Click on the “videos” tab next to “photos”:

Tim,
If you don’t mind my asking, how many people on average enter the “Free Stuff Fridays” drawing? I’m curious to know what my chances are. I’ve been in the drawing every week for quite some time but have never won. And as time has gone on, this question has come to mind more and more. It must be quite a large number of people.
Hey don’t laugh but a waterproof Bible would be awesome!! We have a sailboat and there have been times I’ve had to sit watch in fog or whatever and when I know it’s safe, it would be nice to have something to do more than just sit and stare into nothingness!!
This week’s Free Stuff is awesome. I may have to buy a copy if I don’t win it.
Toss it this way… I’m over here in the deep end!
does anyone else find the second unique feature kind of odd? just what does one mean when they say this bible is “100% Worry Free”? i’m not one to worry about my bibles, but there are other things besides water which could do it in. is it fireproof too? or are we talking about phillipians 4:6 here? i find the whole statement somewhat ironic.
This is just what I need for my cruise, er… missions trip next May! Great idea! Boom!
We camped in the rain this summer, and my Bible got damp. Great idea - a waterproof Bible. Who’da thunk it?
