This is a weird and disturbing comment from Josh Sowin:

“My hope is that someday feedlots, industrial agriculture, pollution, and destructive mining and foresting practices will be as reprehensible to us as racism.”

Industrial agriculture? Foresting? What am I missing here?

David,

You’re missing an understanding of why those practices are so horrible. Feel free to email me if you’d be interested in some more information on why I think that.

(And to be clear, I’m not against “foresting practices” but “destructive foresting practices.”)

Thanks,

Josh
