"The Discipline of Spiritual Discernment is a truly important work-one that should be required reading not only for church leaders, but for all sober-minded laypeople as well."

John MacArthur (From the Foreword)

Kirk Wellum on Young, Restless, Reformed
Kirk Wellum, a professor at Toronto Baptist Seminary, has some good things to say about the Calvinist resurgence. "Personally, I am thrilled that today so many are "young, restless and reformed." The article on the weakening dollar hit the nail on the head. Here in Brazil we have the added complication of rising prices. For example, the price of gas jumped eight percent from last month to this month.

As the author of the article concludes, however, God is sovereign. One positive effect of all this here in Brazil has been the increasing financial involvement of nationals in the ministry.
