Tim, it’s a little befuddling that your 24 page pamphlet (http://www.amazon.com/SHACK-Unauthorized-Theological-Critique/dp/1934840491/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1220971448&sr=1-1) is selling for a whopping $12 on amazon. Just out of curiosity, was this your decision or the publishers? I know you always give advice about getting cheap books, so it just seemed strange that the price was so high for such a small book. A very MacArthur-esque performance by Baucham. Whether you agree with him or not, you have to admit that he made a good case for being faithful to a textual, rather than a culturally relevant interpretation of the scriptures.

Feinberg was just being culturally relevant. She did not help her position with those who actually care about what Holy Writ says.
By the way, Zondervan is also making a Palin biography. I would be depressed if P&R and Banner of Truth would do the same.

Just out of curiosity, was this your decision or the publishers?
That is the economics of small print runs. I actually have very little to do with the pamphlet. I agreed to have a publisher print it up so it could potentially go a little bit wider, but wasn’t able to be involved in the pricing (except to insist it stay as low as possible).
