Collin Hansen writes about some of the seminaries that are feeling the effects of the economic downturn. "About 20 percent of all seminaries unrelated to a college or university operated with deficit budgets three of the last five years, according to ATS spokeswoman Eliza Smith Brown. These schools had less than one year of operating expenses in reserve."
Gay Bishop to Open Inaugural Weekend
"The Rt. Rev. V. Gene Robinson of New Hampshire, who was elected the Episcopal Church's first openly gay bishop in 2003, will deliver the invocation for Sunday's kickoff inaugural event on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, the Presidential Inaugural Committee said."

The credit card tip on the Motley Fool page only really works if using a credit card is causing you to spend more than you normally would, and/or if you’re carrying a balance. My wife and I use a no-fee card that gives us back 1% on all purchases, and we pay it off every month. It’s actually set up to debit our checking account automatically.

Lecrae’s album Rebel was absolutely amazing! I didn’t really know what to expect but for $5, why not?
Wow! Just could not believe the production level, lyrical content and beats. Finally someone rapping about something other than women, drugs and gangsta life while still being very listenable.
Most agreed this is a great album!
