Free Stuff Fridays
- 03/19/10
- 10

Today is Friday and that means it is time for another Free Stuff Fridays. This week’s sponsor is Seeds Family Worship. “Seeds Family Worship was planted when worship leader, Jason Houser, was asked to write some songs to help kids remember the verses from his church’s summer Bible school.” A few months ago I gave away some sets of their albums. Today I will do that again but with an important addition—they’ve recently created a DVD.
“Seeds Family Worship has partnered with Igniter Media to create high energy and visually appealing worship tracks for children’s and family worship gatherings. Seeds Worship Tracks are visual media vignettes based on Seeds Family Worship’s CD “The Power of Encouragement.” Each song is taken directly from the Bible using the NIV translation and is excellent in helping aid Scripture memory for all ages.”
Included on DVD:
- Full version of track
- Instrumental version of track
- Click track (split) version of track
- easySLIDES
Here is a YouTube clip of just one of the songs.
We have five complete sets to give away (meaning that each winner will receive a copy of all five albums plus a copy of the DVD). Interestingly, each album includes two CDs, one to keep and one to give to a friend (great idea!).
Rules: You may only enter the draw once. Simply fill out your name and email address to enter the draw. As soon as the winners have been chosen, all names and addresses will be immediately and permanently erased. Winners will be notified by email. The giveaway closes Saturday at noon.

This is a great giveaway! My youngest brother loves the Seed’s albums and the extra disc is always a nice bonus. It is so nice to have music meant for younger kids that is pleasant for the whole family to listen to.
This looks great Tim, thanks for the Friday giveaways!
Thanks Tim, this is a great opportunity!
I had the pleasure of taking my almost-4-year-old son to a Seeds concert at a local PCA church last Sunday and it was fantastic. We got two of the CDs, “Seeds of Praise” and “Seeds of Courage.” The courage CD is a particular favorite at the moment for bedtime. My son deals with a lot of fear after the sun goes down and nightmares (a gift from dear old mom — i was the same way as a kid). Knowing that the words he’s hearing and learning are all from the Bible and are promises from God really have an effect on his heart and he LOVES listening to them.
We’re…ah…working on the generosity thing. The extra CDs have proven hard for him to let go of, even though they are EXACT DUPLICATES. LOL A chance for faith in action, I guess. :)
Thanks for this giveaway, Tim. Whoever wins this week will be truly blessed.
LOVELOVELOVE Seeds Family Worship! Can’t say enough wonderful things about them! I use their songs every week in chapel with preschoolers thru 5th graders at the school affiliated with our church. The songs are catchy and fun - engaging for kids in a wide age range without making adults want to poke their eyes out with forks, like some kiddie music can do! How delighted am I that they’ve come out with DVD tracks to help facilitate the worship leading! Woohoo!
I LOVE SEEDS!!!
The Seeds have been on my boys’ wish list for over a year now! What a great give-a-way!
I just heard of Seeds last week for the first time and keep playing the little clips on their website. I love to listen to it as much as my kids! Great giveaway!
Came across “Seeds” in January at a Children’s Pastor’s Conference & bought 2 titles. Went to the CPC this month and bought 2 more. I keep the “giveaway” copy and use the main casing as a gift for my sis & sis-in-law. Great family worship tool! Thanks for sharing the give away!
Wow - these are great - listened to a few. Scripture memorization is so hard for me but music really helps. I am going to have to get these for the grand-kids (and me). Wish I had then 20 yrs ago. :)
